Playground demolition party planned for today at Hayswood park

There will be a demolition celebration today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. for the first phase of Possibility Playground at Hayswood Nature Reserve west of Corydon.
Two children who inspired the project, which has been in the works since 2019, will push a button to tear down the existing playground.
The 29,000-square-foot Possibility Playground will be the largest playground in Indiana and one of the largest inclusive playgrounds in the United States, according to Harrison County Parks officials.
It will have more than 1,000 points of play and can accommodate 1,000 children at a time.
The event will take place rain or shine.
