David S. Beswick

David Seymour Beswick, 74, Hardinsburg, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2023, at his home.

Born April 22, 1948, in New Albany, he was the son of the late Seymour B. and Helen Louise Scharf Beswick.

He was a member of the Palmyra United Methodist Church, worked and retired as a self-employed salesman, earned a B.A. in theological studies and was the founder and director of New Life Training Center in New Albany.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Vickey Mahoney and Pamela Morris.

Survivors include a brother, Joe Beswick; two sisters, Patricia Blackman and Theresa Ann McLeid; two stepsons; and one step-grandson.

Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.

The funeral will be Thursday, Jan. 19, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen.
