Felonies

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly/intentionally forcibly resists/obstructs, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Harold V. Dewitt, 74, 13400 block of Gettelfinger Road NE, Palmyra.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally flees from law enforcement, knowingly or intentionally operates a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, possession of paraphernalia — Decota Allen Lee, 34, 200 block of McGrain Street, Corydon.

Theft, criminal trespass – defendant does not have contractual interest in property — Shawn F. Bruce, 38, 2700 block of Overlook Drive SW, Mauckport.

Lee Dylan Davison, 33, 4400 block of Mount Solomon Road SW, Corydon, 360-day sentence with credit for 22 days, 338 days suspended, 338 days probation

Hannah Lynn Ament, 29, Clarksville, possession of methamphetamine – the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, 720-day sentence with credit for 30 days, 660 days suspended, 24 months probation

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
