Conversion – property is a motor vehicle with intent to use it to assist in commission of a crime, resisting law enforcement – defendant uses a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a narcotic drug — Kevin Ward, 32, Louisville.

Criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, defendant with intent to defraud makes/utters written instrument (seven counts) — Daniel Francis Scott, 30, 100 block of Hill Street, Corydon.

Dealing in methamphetamine/delivery of methamphetamine amount of 10 or more grams, dealing in a narcotic drug – manufacture/deliver/finance between 5 and 10 grams, possession of methamphetamine between 10 and 28 grams, possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe — Preston Howard Murphy, 36, Louisville.
