Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years — Shannon R. League, 23, 800 block of East Walnut Street, Corydon.

Fraud — Eric Alan Ferguson, 34, Corydon.

Invasion of privacy – violates a protective order, resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists — Ryan Scott Nicholas, 45, Scottsburg.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Amy S. Burnett, 42, 9300 block of Weathers Road, Depauw; David C. Drake, 42, 6900 block of Geswein Road, Lanesville.

Possession of marijuana — Jesse Wayne Elliott, 32, 7700 block of Greenbrier Road NE, Georgetown.

Possession of marijuana – growing or cultivating marijuana first-time offender, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia — Steven D. Lee, 68, 8900 block of East Crawford Court NE, New Salisbury.

Public intoxication – defendant harasses, annoys, alarms — Joshua Todd Baughn, 39, Corydon.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally flees from law enforcement — Robert Brian Bean, 40, 3000 block of Valley View Road, Corydon; Derek Christopher Norris, 38, 3100 block of Fairdale Road, Ramsey.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists/obstructs, disorderly conduct – engages in fighting or tumultuous conduct, public intoxication – breach of peace —  Jonathan J. Plucinik, 33, 1200 block of Briarwood Drive NE, Corydon.

Seth Thomas Seacat, 38, Paoli, visiting a common nuisance – controlled substance, 45-day sentence with credit for 20 days

James G. Owens, 56, 600 block of Capitol Avenue, Corydon, possession of methamphetamine – the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, 540-day sentence with credit for 29 days, 482 days suspended, 482 days probation

Charles Charles Combs, 37, Taylorsville, Ky., possession of methamphetamine – the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, 360-day sentence with credit for 38 days, 284 days suspended, 284 days probation

Daniel Ray Mattingly, 31, 2200 block of Heritage Way NW, Corydon, sexual battery, 545-day sentence with credit for 49 days, 347 days suspended, 1-1/2 years probation, one year time credit for GPS monitoring, no-contact order in place

Janet L. Barton, 72, 1900 block of Zoar Woods Drive NE, Corydon, public intoxication – endangers her life, 180-day sentence with credit for three days, 174 days suspended, 180 days probation

Diversions:

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:

Darrell L. Zink Jr., 30, 800 block of Shady Lane, New Salisbury, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old

Stevie Ray Myers, 29, 8300 block of Robins Road SW, Mauckport, intimidation – draws or uses a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm at another person
