Jacob Tyler McClanahan, 24, of Corydon, Ind., died Monday, May 16, 2022.

He was born Nov. 3, 1997, in Corydon, to Marty D. and Deborah Miller McClanahan.

He was a truck driver for the Harrison County Highway Dept., a member of Old Capitol United Methodist Church near Corydon, the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Dept.,  Harrison Township Fire Dept.,  New Middletown Township Fire Dept. and  Leavenworth Volunteer Fire Dept. and was an avid deer hunter.

Survivors include his parents, Marty and Deborah McClanahan of Corydon; his sister, Audrey Kochert (Dustin) of Corydon; and his nephew, Braxton Kochert.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Old Capitol United Methodist Church near Corydon. Pastor Andy Hansen and Chaplain Dick Goodwin will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at Old Capitol United Methodist Church near Corydon.

Pallbearers will be the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Dept. Honorary pallbearers will be James Bube, James Ridenour, Dustin Kochert and Jason Londak.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Dept.

Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon will be in charge of arrangements.
