Berkeley Blankenship, 1, places a ring on a stand during Saturday morning’s Pinwheel Festival at Bicentennial Park in Corydon. The event, sponsored by Prevent Child Abuse of Harrison County, included booths from a variety of service provider agencies, the Harrison County Public Library and the Scottish Rite Valley of George Rogers Clark, which gave away hot dogs, chips and water.
