Criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Savannah Reynolds, 25, Clarksville.

Domestic battery – defendant has a prior conviction, possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Benjamin Kahl, 44, 6600 block of S.R. 64 NE, Georgetown.

Neglect of a dependent – defendant places dependent in situation that endangers the dependent — Chesimon Durand Jones, 37, Louisville.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Jordon J. Johnson, 23, 100 block of Flatwood Road, New Salisbury.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, auto theft — Heather M. Weiss, 32, Jeffersonville.

Possession of a narcotic drug — Christopher Wayne Knight, 36, 14400 block of Huff Street, Palmyra.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant uses a vehicle — Krieg P. Reed, 36, 8400 block of S.R. 135, New Salisbury.

Theft – value of property is between $750 and $50,000 — James Weston, 26, Louisville.

Criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident – driver fails to immediately stop at the scene, reckless driving – drives at unreasonable high or low speed so to endanger safety, possession of paraphernalia — Krieg P. Reed, 36, 8400 block of S.R. 135, New Salisbury.

Disorderly conduct – engages in fighting or tumultuous conduct — Dustin T. Meade, 35, 300 block of Ridley Street, Corydon.

Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years — Cory Davis, 32, 1100 Wildwood Loop, Corydon; Whitney Yolanda Lopez, 33, Paoli.

Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years, possession of marijuana — John Anthony Earley, 42, 3100 block of New Middletown-Elizabeth Road SE, New Middletown.

False identity statement – intent to mislead public servants — Jessica Harlene Wolfe, 40, 14600 Greene Street, Palmyra.

Possession of a controlled substance – schedule I, II, III or IV, possession of marijuana — Eric Raymond Anderson, 32, 1000 block of Country Club Road, Corydon.

Possession of marijuana — Benjamin Kahl, 44, 6600 block of S.R. 64 NE, Georgetown; Savannah Reynolds, 25, Clarksville.

Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia — Timothy C. Russell, 57, 8400 block of Thornbury Drive, New Salisbury.

Possession of paraphernalia — Jason F. Young, 47, Leavenworth; Jordon J. Johnson, 23, 100 block of Flatwood Road, New Salisbury; Heather M. Weiss, 32, Jeffersonville.

Possession of paraphernalia – defendant has a prior conviction, possession of marijuana — James W. Mott, 49, 4100 block of Buck Creek Valley Road, Corydon.

Diversions

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:

William Edward Burress IV, 24, Floyds Knobs, criminal mischief, intimidation – threat is to commit a forcible felony
