Patricia O. Byrne

Patricia O. Byrne, 70, Lanesville, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022.

Born July 31, 1951, in Corydon, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Lucine Lieber Ott.

She was an investment analyst for Humana Insurance in Louisville for 38 years and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lanesville.

Survivors include her husband, James Paul Byrne of Lexington, N.C.; two daughters, Stephanie Byrne of Lanesville and Shannon Ward of Lexington, N.C.; a stepson, Deron Byrne of Danville, Ky.; two sisters, Sherry Turner and Kathy Ott, both of Lanesville; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 17, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 18, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.

The funeral will be Friday, Feb. 18, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lanesville with burial in the church cemetery. Pastor Mark Carnahan will officiate.

The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society or St. John’s Lutheran Church.
