Lynn R. Stackhouse

Lynn Ray Stackhouse, age 59, Scottsburg, Ind., went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022.

Lynn was born in New Albany, Ind., on April 22, 1962, to Glenn and Carol Sappenfield Stackhouse. He married Alice Rosebrock Stackhouse on Jan. 10, 1998.

Lynn worked as a fabricator for Fall’s City Machine in Louisville, Ky. He was a member of Green Street Chapel in Scottsburg. Lynn enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Cathy Reed.

Lynn is survived by his wife; father; two sons, Matthew Rose (Deanna) and Gabriel Rose (Taylor); four grandchildren, Catherine and Emily Rose and Icelee and Leona Hembree; niece, Kristen Bailey (Alex); and one nephew, Krieg Reed.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, Ind.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, from 9 a.m. until time of service.

Interment will be at Palmyra Cemetery in Palmyra.
