Farrell W. Duley

Farrell Wayne Duley, 86, of Laconia, Ind., died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022, at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon, Ind.

He was born June 10, 1935, in Harrison County, Ind., to the late Herbert and Gladys Saulman Duley.

He was a farmer, was retired from the Ford Motor Co. Louisville Assembly Plant in Louisville, Ky., was a member of the UAW Local No. 832 and was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Dale Wayne Duley.

Survivors include his wife, Velera J. Shields Duley, and his brothers, Gaylord Duley (Wanda) of Laconia and Bill Duley (Phyllis) of Corydon.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon. Brother Toney McCutcheon will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the Otterbein Cemetery Fund.
