Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount between 5 and 10 grams β Megan Laverne Spriggs, 29, 100 block of McGrain Street, Corydon; James L. Voyles, 30, English.

Criminal mischief – damage is between $750 and $50,000 β Richard A. Guynes, 41, 3900 block of Southeast Clay Street, New Middletown; William Lois Morgan, 52, Sellersburg.
Operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to at least 0.08 but less than 0.15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated β Nicholas Conner Schaftlein, 22, 9800 block of East Bowles, Milltown.
Possession of paraphernalia β James L. Voyles, 30, English.
Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly and intentionally forcibly resists, carrying a handgun without a license β Michael W. Mobley, 37, Brandenburg, Ky.
Theft β Luther Glenn, 42, Louisville.
Theft, criminal mischief β Andrew Gray Davis, 30, 1500 block of Hunter Lane, Corydon.
