Felonies

Unlawful possession of a syringe, theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion, theft where value of property is between $750 and $50,000 — James Wesley Arlington, 40, Indianapolis.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to at least 0.08 but less than 0.15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Toby Wade Garrett, 47, 600 block of Sherman Lane SW, Corydon.
