The annual Belcher reunion took place Sept. 25 at The Bluffs shelter house at Sycamore Springs Park near English and included a pitch-in dinner. Jim Arthur gave the devotion.

Those attending were Ronald and Judy Belcher Naegele of Birdseye; Rhonda and Chris Carter of Tell City; Blaine, Chelsea and Clay Wiseman and Kerry and Amy Jellison, all of Marengo; Evelyn Belcher Hammond of Taswell; Susan Hammond Wilkerson of Dunnville, Ky.; Landon and Layla Jellison of Orleans; Zach Jellison and Kiera Harper, both of Palmyra; Jim and Vonda Belcher Arthur of Flat Rock, Ill.; Dwight and Maxine Belcher King of Seymour; and Loretta Hickox of English.

Next year’s reunion will be Saturday, Sept. 24.


The family of Roy and Louise Wolfe met Oct. 2 at the Bethany United Methodist Church fellowship hall in New Middletown with 46 people present. During the afternoon, attendees caught up on family news and shared memories since it had been some time since they had seen the Roy Wolfe Jr. family from Wisconsin.

Several members of the family who were in the hospital or rehabilitation, working or on vacation were missed but remembered.

Those attending were Bob and Lois Raisor, Randy Raisor, Sue Bline, Steve Wolfe, Wes Wolfe, Jacob Wolfe, Sharon Chumley, Dumont Wolfe II, Tamara Jacques, Heather Mattingly, Roy Wolfe Jr., Cindy Duecker, Cathy Terry, Charles Wolfe, Chris Terry, Gary and Becky Wolfe with Kimi, Travis, Titus and Stella Wolfe, Krista Briscoe with Winston, Gretchen, Abram and Murray, Sam and Juanita Wolfe, Paul and Gina Mathews, J.J. and Cassie Enlow with Clayton and Fiona, Samuel (Bo) and Jeannie Wolfe with George, Maria Clapp with John and Walter, James and Phyllis Wolfe and Jalisa Wolfe.
