Pointing a firearm at another person, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon — Jonathan A. Carpenter, 22, 800 block of Wiseman Road SE, Corydon.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Gracie R. McIntosh, 19, 200 block of Summit View Drive, Corydon.

Residential entry – break and enter dwelling — Charles W. Dowell III, 23, no address available.

Theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion — Deveda A. Kinley, 57, Louisville.

Unlawful possession of a syringe — Caleb Allen Edwards, 22, 800 block of Buck Creek Valley Road, Corydon.

Misdemeanors

Criminal trespass – defendant does not have contractual interest in property, theft, use of private land without consent – knowing or intentional violation — Jesse Sexton, 31, Sellersburg.
