An exhibit for the 13 members of the U.S. Military who died in Kabul, Afghanistan, has been extended to allow more residents to view the display and sign sympathy books that will be sent from the community to the families of the 13.

The exhibit, called “With Sympathy from a Grateful Nation,” is set up on the second floor of the Harrison County Discovery Center in downtown Corydon.

There is no fee to view the memorial exhibit, which includes a photo and brief biography about each of the persons who were killed.

The discovery center is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4:30 p.m.
