The Harrison County Public Library offers a variety of programs intended to help children learn about themselves and the world around them. Registration is required for all programs; to register, call the appropriate branch. Crafts to Go — Weekly crafts available.

Toddler Time — For ages 2 and 3 and their families indoors with Ms. Ann (masks required for ages 2 and older); Wednesdays, Oct. 6, 13 and 20, at 10:30 a.m.

Mother Goose on the Square — Thursdays, Oct. 7, 21 and 28, at 10:30 a.m. Bring a blanket and your baby and join Ms. Savannah on the town square.

Storytime on the Square — For pre-kindergartners to third graders and their families; Thursday, Oct. 14, at 2 p.m. Bring a blanket and join Ms. Eden.

Nature Club at Hayswood Lake Trail — School age and families welcome Friday, Oct. 15, at 2 p.m. Hike with Ms. Eden and learn about the nature around you.

Teen Volunteers at Bicentennial Park — Tuesday, Oct. 19, at 6 p.m. Contact Ms. Savannah for this community service event.
