Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists, disorderly conduct – engages in fighting or tumultuous conduct — Christopher F. Leonard, 22, 9200 block of Posey Drive, Elizabeth.
Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally flees from law enforcement, reckless driving – drives at unreasonable high or low speed so to endanger safety — Cameron O. Osman, 18, 1000 block of S.R. 64 NE, New Salisbury.
