Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Alyson D. Trump, 44, Jeffersonville.

Theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion — Tracy Lynn Daniels, 47, Jeffersonville.

Unlawful possession of a syringe, neglect of a dependent – defendant places dependent in situation that endangers the dependent’s life — Angela Kathleen Seacat, New Albany.
