Repair Affair of Harrison County will have a fish fry Saturday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of New Hope Wesley Church in Corydon. This will be a drive-thru service only. Andy Eschbacher will be the fish fryer.

Each dinner, at the price of $10, will consist of fried fish, two slices of bread, baked beans, coleslaw, chips and condiments.

Proceeds will help with this year’s Repair Affair work day, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 25.

The work day is still in need of team leaders who have a construction background. Organizers say they have more jobs to do and about half the number of team leaders and volunteers needed. If more skilled volunteers are not found, the group may have to turn down some requests.

Anyone interested in serving as a team leader or a volunteer is urged to contact Maggie Abart-Briles by email at [email protected] or by calling 812-952-3165.
