Felonies

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within seven years — Austin Matthew Reynolds, 24, 3600 block of Louden’s Chapel Road NW, Depauw.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Colleen Sue Minnick, 36, Louisville; Jacob Lee Reynolds, 34, Pekin.

Possession of a narcotic drug — Michael Shane Minter, 33, Louisville.

Strangulation, battery resulting in moderate bodily injury — Cody M. Harmon, 37, 500 block of O’Bannon Avenue, Corydon.

Theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion — Jonathan Butler, 41, 500 block of Steelco Circle, Corydon.

Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon — Chase C. Wills, 22, New Albany.

Rita M. Bratcher, 37, Jeffersonville, theft – value of property is between $750 and $50,000, 540-day sentence with 540 days suspended, 18 months probation

Danyell L. Pride, 33, Louisville, theft, 365-day sentence with 365 days suspended, one year probation

Josh M. Nichols, 41, New Albany, nonsupport of a dependent child, three-year sentence with three years suspended, three years probation

Diversions

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
