Possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe — Daniel F. Scott, 28, 100 block of Hill Street, Corydon.

Theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion — Mark D. Cecil, 42, 9600 block of Sandy Branch Road, Elizabeth; Reece Allen Hughes, 47, 4600 block of S.R. 64 NW, Depauw.
