County Farmers Market ready to open Saturday
Opening day of the Harrison County Farmers Market will be Saturday in the parking lot of New Hope Wesleyan Church along Old S.R. 135 in Corydon.
Market hours will be from 8 a.m. to noon.
Vendor Mary Jean Mathes said some early season market items will be available and Miller Meats is expected to be set up Saturday.
The market will be open each Saturday through the end of October and Wednesday hours will begin in mid-June.
