• I saw Donald Trump on TV say the only reason Mitch McConnell got re-elected was because he endorsed him. Well, I think that’s kind of odd because he also endorsed (Matt) Bevin over there, the governor, and he lost. So, I hope Donald Trump just fades off into the sunset and all you people (who) want to follow him go with him.

• Well, I’ve about heard everything in the world. Now they say they’re going to take all the Dr. Seuss books out of the library so kids can’t read them. They’re going to take them and not sell them just because they’re racist. I tell you, I have heard everything now.

• In the years running up to whenever Donald Trump was going to run for president, he ran on the platform to Make America Great Again. But, I have never been able to find out what time period he thought that America was great. I’ve always thought America was great, but he evidently has in mind a certain time but he never said when that time was. I think after four years, we can see what time period he was looking at, given that after he lost the election there has already been 251 bills passed by Republicans to try and suppress voting. This is a fact. Actually it’s going to the Supreme Court within the next few days possibly tomorrow …

• This is in regards to the (call) in the Corydon paper this week about the man that thinks Trump’s not a Christian. If he was a Christian, he wouldn’t be talking about Trump; he’d be praying for him. And the Democrats can’t do anything unless they have a pencil in their hand and a notepad. They hated Trump for four years and downed him. Wake up.

• I just seen where that 17-year-old girl got killed over there on Dixie Highway (in Louisville) on the news and they’ve let that guy go. I understand they’re saying it’s because he’s on drugs and stuff but look at the charges that man has done. If that’s his problem, they need to put him in some kind of drug rehab and keep him there; don’t let him out no more to hurt nobody. He’s done killed somebody, and they kept letting him out and letting him out. That’s what’s wrong with this world today …

• Sectional 60 years ago, I remember that a Pekin player stepped over the line while shooting a free throw in overtime during the Saturday afternoon semi-final. Otherwise, we might not have made it to the final game and gone on to win the regional the following week.

• For those of you that are complaining about the rising gas prices, we live in a capitalist society. Costs are determined by demand. Last year, people were not going to work; there was no demand for gasoline. In fact, at one point oil futures would’ve paid you to take the oil from them. So, as we go back to work and more and more Americans are working, the price of gasoline is going to go up …

• To the person who challenged me to give the names and links and information to Joe Biden and dark money so that you can get it introduced into an investigation:, Center for Responsive politics, and the top five contributors, Bloomberg LP $93.8 million, Future Forward USA $61.127 million, Asana $45.9 million, Senate Majority PAC $38 million, Priorities USA Action $26.9 million. You better get to work.

• I remember that night in the Salem gym was a lot more fun because we won than it would have been if we lost.

• Can someone tell me please how to get rid of moles? I’ve tried professional people to do it. I’ve tried mole be gone, I’ve tried moth balls and I’ve tried ammonia. And my yard looks like somebody plowed it. If you’ve got any suggestions, please let me know.

• I’m calling in about Corydon Live. I seen the advertisement this last week. The best thing they could do is at least do common courtesy of putting a thank you for everybody patronizing for the last five years and let people know how they can get a refund on their already bought-up tickets.
