Domestic battery – defendant has been previously convicted of a battery, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old — John Brandon Downs, 36, 2700 block of Bishopgate Drive NE, New Salisbury.

Intimidation – threat is to commit a forcible felony, possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — John Wayne Pittman Jr., 20, 3700 block of Mount Solomon Road, Corydon.

Intimidation – defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon — Daniel W. Grimes, 46, 400 block of Bradley Street, Marengo.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Stacy L. Lewis, 50, 13300 block of Chrissy Lane, Palmyra; Mallory M. Kennedy, 19, Bardstown, Ky.; Kimberly Paige Price, 22, 1800 block of S.R. 62, Corydon.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams, residential entry – break and enter dwelling — Ivan Michael Kibby, 25, Madison.
