Misdemeanors

Distribution of an intimate image (two counts), battery — Dexter R. Pigg Jr., 45, 4500 block of Wilson Drive NE, Palmyra.

Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years, possession of paraphernalia — Kristoffer Richard Babcock, 38, 1500 block of Nye Street, Corydon.

False identity statement with intent to mislead public servants, possession of paraphernalia — Vinnie Dale Ferguson, 31, Henryville.

Invasion of privacy – defendant violates an order issued — Bonnie Marie Leleux, 35, 12100 block of New Cut Road NE, Palmyra; Donald Joseph Leleux, 38, 12100 block of New Cut Road NE, Palmyra.

Passing a school bus when arm signal is extended — Audre B. Garland, 52, 2300 block of West Palmyra Lake Road, Palmyra.

Possession of a controlled substance Schedule I, II, III or IV — Christine Louise Cherry, 32, Jeffersonville.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists, disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Paloma Josephine Morris, 22, 600 block of Skyway Drive NW, Corydon.

Dispositions

Branden A. Fischbach, 29, Clarksville, illegal taking of a wild animal – deer or wild turkey, 180-day sentence with credit for four days, 176 days suspended, 180 days probation, to serve consecutive with a prior sentence.

Kayla Dell, 28, 2400 block of Harmony Lane NE, Palmyra, neglect of a dependent – deprives dependent of necessary support, 540-day sentence with credit for 30 days, 510 days suspended, 540 days probation.

Paul R. Eve, 64, Louisville, intimidation – draws or uses a deadly weapon, 2,160-day sentence with credit for 579 days, 1,380 days suspended, 46 months probation, no-contact order issued.

Ronnie L. Cook, 43, Louisville, theft with a prior conviction for either theft or conversion, 365-day sentence with credit for one day, 363 days suspended, 363 days probation.

Amanda Yates, 43, 400 block of 9th Street, Corydon, Ky., possession of methamphetamine, 730-day sentence with credit for 175 days, 365 days suspended, two years probation; unlawful possession of a syringe, 365-day sentence with 365 days suspended, to serve consecutive with prior sentence.

Samantha L. Jordon, 32, Louisville, auto theft, 360-day sentence with credit for 168 days, zero days suspended.

Diversions

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
