Both the girls’ and boys’ cross-country teams from Corydon Central Junior High School captured titles for a third straight season at the Harrison County Cross-Country Championship Meet. The Corydon Central  runners set 12 personal records and posted four season-best times at the meet. The girls had another year with a perfect score of 15, securing first through sixth places. The boys posted a score of 18, placing first through third as well as sixth and seventh. Corydon’s Central’s Peri Leghart won the girls’ race in 12:06, while the Panthers’ Booker LaHue collected his second straight title on the boys’ side, winning in 10:50. <I>Submitted photos</i>
