Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Dale M. Clary, 31, 9200 block of Rabbit Hash Road E, Elizabeth.
Carrying a handgun without a license, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Nathan Russell Stumler, 31, Eminence, Ky.
Criminal trespass – defendant has no contractual interest in property — Kimberly Darlene Elizabeth Holmes, 36, Louisville.
Domestic battery, interference with the reporting of a crime — Johnny Pat Mathes, 39, 2600 block of Hancock Chapel Road NW, Depauw.
Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years — Peter Joseph Michel, 29, 1100 block of Red Oak Court, Corydon.
Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless driving – drive at unreasonable high or low speed — Jesse James Lowe, 37, Jeffersonville.
Possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of paraphernalia — Daniel B. Wall, 51, Pekin.
Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists — Christopher James O’Brien, 45, 2700 block of Crescent Hill Drive, Corydon.
Jason Eugene Meyer, 35, 1900 block of Old Forest Road, Corydon, criminal confinement, 900-day sentence with credit for 680 days, 220 days suspended, no-contact order issued, 220 days probation.
John Brandon Downs, 36, 13500 block of Greene Street, Palmyra, domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, 730-day sentence with credit for 182 days, 548 days suspended, no-contact order issued, one year probation.
Michael W. Williams, 45, 12100 block of New Cut Road NE, Palmyra, dealing in marijuana with amount of at least 10 pounds, 1,820-day sentence with credit for one day, 1,335 days suspended, 44 months probation.
The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
