Beta Chi discusses annual pecan sales
The Corydon Associate Chapter of Beta Chi met for the first time in 2020 on March 10 at the Corydon Cinemas with 19 members in attendance.
Chapter president Karen Walters led the meeting and discussions concerning the annual pecan sales. Walters expressed appreciation to each member for the part they played and to all the businesses that placed the pecans there for sale. She also thanked members for the pasta and sauces brought to the meeting to be provided to Harrison County Community Services.
Hostesses Walters, Christine Pendleton, Kathy Baelz and Buelah Royse added to the evening’s ambiance with decorations of various “greens” and a trivia game, as well as refreshments relating to St. Patrick’s Day and the “green theme.”
The next meeting was scheduled for April 14.
