James G. Cole

James Gorden Cole, age 62, Corydon, Ind., passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

James was born Feb. 15, 1958, at Corydon, to the late Vercil L. and Thelma C. Buckland Cole.

He was a truck driver and former logger.

Also preceding him in death were a brother, Cohen Cole, and a sister, Paula Mudd.

Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Bandy Cole; sons, Shawn Wallace, James R., Thomas C. and Wyatt L. Cole, all of Corydon; brother, Kenny Cole (Cindy) of Corydon; sisters, Mary Small (Kenny) of Leavenworth, Ind., Connie Satterfield (Paul) of Fredonia, Ind., Fannie Cole (Jimmy Lynch) of Fredonia, Cathy Turner of Corydon, Ruth A. Byerly (Tom) of Marengo, Ind., Joyce Cole (Shelby) of New Albany, Ind., and Brenda Thompson (Shaun) of Tennessee; and one granddaughter.

Arrangements: Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey. Cremation was chosen, and a private funeral and visitation will take place.
