Operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.08 or more but where defendant has a prior conviction — Clarence Edward Berg Jr., 43, 7000 block of East U.S. 150, Hardinsburg.

Possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below 5 grams — Elton Ryan Mitchell, 29, Lexington, Ky.

Misdemeanors

Criminal trespass – defendant does not have contractual interest in property — Joseph D. Johnson, 34, Louisville.

Driving while suspended – knowing violation and prior conviction within 10 years — Herbert Leo Clifford Sr., 52, 2200 block of S.R. 111 South, Elizabeth.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Justin R. Bright, 28, 100 block of S.R. 64, New Salisbury.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to at least 0.08 but less than 0.15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Clarence Edward Berg Jr., 43, 7000 block of East U.S. 150, Hardinsburg.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally flees from law enforcement — Daniel Scott Dooley, 37, 4200 block of Albin Ford Road, Elizabeth.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists, disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise — Austin Jacob Riley Rengers, 18, 3900 block of S.R. 135, Cory-
don.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists, public intoxication – breach of peace — Dustin Blake Stewart, 28, 11500 block of Jackson Avenue, Laconia.

Theft — Nicholas Gordon, 18, 1900 block of Aquarius Drive NW, Corydon; Keith Ellis Pearson, 60, 4500 block of O’Bannon Road SE, Elizabeth; Lisa M. Pearson, 53, 4500 block of O’Bannon Road SE, Elizabeth.

Diversions

The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
