Newspaper, CIP changes

To do their part to minimize person-to-person contact during the coronavirus pandemic, Corydon Instant Print and the office of The Corydon Democrat and Clarion News have implemented temporary changes to conducting business.
Corydon Instant Print is closing customer traffic but is still available to meet printing needs. Contact CIP by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 812-738-2035.
Also during this time, CIP will only accept non-contact payments, such as paying over the phone with credit or debit cards or a pre-arranged billing plan with the finance department of OâBannon Publishing Co. Inc.
Completed orders can be picked up at the door, at 117 W. Walnut St. in Corydon; call the above number to let CIP know youâre on your way.
For the newspapers, curb-side pick up will begin today (Wednesday) at 301 N. Capitol Ave., Corydon.
To abide by health officialsâ guidelines regarding social distancing, anyone needing to do business with the newspapers is urged to communicate by phone (812-738-2211) or email: for legals, [email protected]; for advertising, auctions and real estate, [email protected]; for classifieds, [email protected] or [email protected]; for Corydon Democrat news items, [email protected]; and for Clarion News news items, [email protected]
âWe will continue to provide updated information regarding the coronavirus pandemic and other news items through our websites and Facebook pages as we adhere to health officialsâ recommendations,â Jo Ann Spieth-Saylor, editor of OâBannon Publishingâs newspapers, said. âWe encourage you to provide us with pertinent information, news tips and story ideas as usual. Social distancing does not mean disconnecting from one another and whatâs happening in our communities.
âWe ask that you be mindful of your neighbors, periodically checking on them; share what items you can with those in need; and, if able, find ways to volunteer,â she said. âWeâve weathered other obstacles, and, together, we can get through this.â
