Joan Wiley, 84, of Crandall, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, at Harrison Healthcare Center in Corydon, Ind.
She was born Sept. 28, 1935, in Marion County, Ky., to the late John Reuben and Frances Flossie Wooley Blandford.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon and also loved to quilt.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Maurice Jay Wiley; her brothers, Bobby and Joseph (Ricky) Blandford; and her sister Mahala Siegel.
Survivors include her son, Darrell Maurice Wiley (Denise) of Crandall; her grandchildren, Kendal Jayallen Wiley (Emily) and Bethany Noelle Burke (Tim); her brothers, Johnny Blandford, Michael Blandford (Jeanie) and Joseph (Kirby) Blandford (Nancy); and her sisters, Charlene Nugent, Mary Elaine Miles (Marvin), Mary Veronica (Ronnie) Baumer (David), Diane Mattingly, Mary Cabrini Gordon (Butch), Mary (Terri) Sympson and Mary (Angie) Puckett.
Visitation: Monday, March 2, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon followed immediately by a rosary service at 6 p.m.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, March 3, at 11 a.m. at the church with burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Ky.
Officiant: Father Kyle Rodden.
Pallbearers: Kendal Wiley, Tim Burke, Dorsey Wagner, David Baumer, Joe Wuerth and Danny Broughton.
Arrangements: Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
