David L. Harden
David Leroy Harden, 80, of Corydon, Ind., passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at Harrison Springs Health Campus in Corydon.
He was born May 12, 1939, in Akron, Ohio, to Clarence and Doris Brown Harden.
David retired after 45 years from B&O Railroad, was a union rep for United Transportation No. 333 and a former pastor for Mount Olive Baptist Church in Cato, Ind.
David is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara Harden; sons, Jeffrey Harden of Corydon and Kevin Harden (Vanessa) of New Albany, Ind.; granddaughter, Haylea Harden of Bloomington, Ind.; brother, William Harden of Silver Lakes, Calif.; and sisters, Pamela Steiner of Kaiser, Ore., and Doris Harden of Los Angeles, Calif.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service: Friday, Jan. 17, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Campbelltown, Ind.
Arrangements: Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Ind.
