Warren G. Lopp
Warren G. (Whack) Lopp, 91, Mauckport, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, at The Willows Assisted Living near Corydon.
Born June 26, 1928, in Harrison County, he was the son of the late Griff L. and Birdie Funkhouser Lopp.
He was retired from Norstam Veneers near Mauckport and Underwood Motors/Mathers Eckart Ford in Corydon.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Zelma Ruth Timberlake; a son, Bobby L. Lopp; and a sister, Fredia Beanblossom.
Survivors include three sons, Warren D. Lopp (Karen) and David W. Lopp (Nancy), both of Corydon, and Ronald R. (Butch) Lopp (Marsha) of Mauckport; two daughters, Margaret A. Crawford (Paul) of New Salisbury and Debbie S. Voyles (Terry) of Laconia; a brother, Charles W. Lopp (Naomi) of Corydon; a niece, Janet Surber; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Dec. 4, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Eureka Cemetery near Mauckport.
Officiant: The Rev. Richard Goodwin.
Pallbearers: Ronnie, Randy and Jeremiah Lopp, Wes and Marty Snyder, Devin Johannis, Gary Hottle and Paul Dean.
Honorary pallbearers: J.C. Shacklette, Algin Dunaway and Mickey.
