Fireworks burst over Horseshoe Southern Indiana’s parking garage Saturday night as the gaming facility bid bon voyage to its riverboat, the Glory of Rome. The boat, once the world’s largest gaming vessel, will close Monday morning to allow the move to the new, 110,000-square-foot land-based casino, which will open Dec. 12 under its rebranding as Caesars Southern Indiana
