Karen S. Alcorn, 72, Corydon, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon.

Born Nov. 26, 1946, in Miamisburg, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William and Mae McQueen Willis.

She was a retired custodian at Corydon Central High School and attended Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Mitchell Alcorn Sr.; her stepmother, Nancy Willis; and a brother, David (Dank) Willis.

Survivors include three sons, Robert Mitchell Alcorn (Lona) of Russell Springs, Ky., and Mitchell Alcorn Jr. (Missy) and Russell Lynn Alcorn (Mary Ann), both of Corydon; three daughters, Beverly Regina Beckwith (David) of Middletown, Ohio, and Bertie Mae Faulkner and Pearlene Alcorn, both of Corydon; a brother, William (Bill) Willis of Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Lindsey, Jay, Michael, Randi, Rusti, Brittany, Katie Jo, Wade, Kristen and Jarrett; and four great-grandchildren, Libby, Cheyenne, Everly and Caleb.

Visitation: Friday, Nov. 22, from 2 to 8 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.

Graveside service: Saturday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at the Alcorn Cemetery near Irvine, Ky.

The family suggests memorial gifts to Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon.
