Residential entry – break and enter dwelling — Michael Vermillion, 57, 6500 block of S.R. 62 NE, Lanesville.

Theft – defendant has a prior conviction for either theft or conversion — Debbie Sue Embry, 61, Lewisport, Ky.

Theft where value of property is between $750 and $50,000 — James E. McCoy, 42, 12200 block of Jay Street NE, Palmyra.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, knowingly or intentionally operates a vehicle without ever receiving a license — Ivan Arzola, 28, Louisville.

Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with alcohol concentration equivalent to at least 0.08 but less than 0.15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Allen L. Staples Jr., 66, 8400 block of Walk Drive NE, Georgetown.

Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia — Jacqulyn Woods Leonard, 41, 7400 block of Engleman Road, Georgetown.

Possession of paraphernalia — Curtis Lee Elsler, 57, 2000 block of S.R. 337 SE, Corydon; Todd Alan Taylor, 50, 7400 block of Engleman Road, Georgetown.

Resisting law enforcement – defendant knowingly or intentionally forcibly resists, disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise — Ryan D. Hawkins, 37, 14000 block of Hayes Court NE, Palmyra.
