Possession of marijuana, illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — Austin Jacob Wate, 20, New Albany.

Duncan McDonald, 32, Louisville, battery on a public safety official, 910-day sentence with credit for three days, 904 days suspended; operating a vehicle while an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.25 or more, 365-day sentence, 365 days suspended, to serve consecutively with prior sentence; criminal mischief – damages or defaces property of another without consent, 180-day sentence, 180 days suspended, to serve concurrent with prior sentence; four years probation.
Andres Chavez, 32, Louisville, theft where value of property is between $750 and $50,000, 365-day sentence with credit for one day, 363 days suspended, one year probation.
Aaron M. Hubert, 31, 900 block of Pinewood Trail, New Salisbury, possession of a legend drug-prescription or drug order, 365-day sentence with credit for 26 days.
The following cases have been referred to the prosecutor’s pre-trial diversion program for first offenders. If the terms of the program are met, the charges will be dismissed after a year:
