Arnold Kurtis Fallen, 45, Hazel Green, Ky., possession of methamphetamine – this is the basic offense and for any amount below five grams, 365-day sentence with credit for five days, 355 days suspended, one year probation.

Dravin A. Irving, 21, Bedford, disorderly conduct – engages in fighting or tumultuous conduct, 128-day sentence with credit for 64 days.

Jeremy Kenneth Brown, 42, 5 block of Holly Drive SE, Corydon, battery – defendant has a prior battery conviction with same victim, 1,275-day sentence with credit for 176 days, 1,039 days suspended, 1,039 days probation, no-contact order issued.

George William Perry, 51, 4900 block of Wetzel Drive NW, Depauw, child molesting where defendant is at least 21, 20-year sentence with credit for 322 days, five years suspended, five years probation, no-contact order issued.

Jamie Shelby Jr., 20, Clarksville, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, 14-year sentence with credit for 399 days, seven years suspended, seven years probation.
