James N. Voyles

James (Jim) Nolan Voyles, 65, Palmyra, died Thursday March 28, 2019, at home.
Born Aug. 1, 1953, in New Albany, he was the son of the late Carl and Thelma Emerson Voyles.
He was a member of the former EUB Evangelical United Brethren Church in Palmyra, a 1971 graduate of North Harrison High School, retired after 21 years from the Harrison County Park system, where he served as manager of the Buffalo Trace Park in Palmyra most of his career, was on the Palmyra Sesquicentennial Historical Committee, serving as one of the editors of the historical book and video of the 150th celebration event and created several logos for organizations and the community, including the Sesquicentennial, Palmyra Fish Fry and Buffalo Trace Park.
Survivors include two brothers, John and Bob Voyles, both of Palmyra.
Cremation was chosen. Love Funeral Home in Palmyra handled the arrangements.
