Anita J. Mattingly

Anita J. Wheat Mattingly, 60, Corydon, died unexpectedly Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, at Baptist East Floyd in New Albany.
Born April 14, 1958, in Corydon, she was the daughter of the late John Wheat and Ella Franks Wheat.
She was a graduate of Corydon Central High School, earned her EDDA from the University of Louisville and worked at Kids Dentistree as the clinical director.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Christopher Mattingly; a daughter, Roxanne Mattingly Lenfert (Matthew); a son, Shawn Mattingly (Chris); two granddaughters, Meagan and Caroline; and a sister, Barbara Whitman (Carl).
Visitation: Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Memorial Mass: Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 4 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.
Celebrant: Father Rob Hankee.
