Lester A. McRae

Lester Allen (Butch) McRae, 54, Mauckport, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
Born June 30, 1964, in Corydon, he was the son of Cletice Faye McAdams McRae of Brandenburg and the late Lester Murr (Bud) McRae.
He was a member of the Jefferson Masonic Lodge No. 104 in New Albany.
Survivors besides his mother include his wife, the former Tracey Byerley; two sons, Samuel McRae of New Albany and Ryan Wilkerson of Mauckport; a daughter, Lily McRae of Elizabeth; two sisters, Kathy Simmons of Brandenburg and Patty Troutman of Laconia; and two grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 3, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, Jan. 3, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Crossroads Cemetery near Mauckport.
