Dixie Sue Hofelich Klinstiver, 73, Elizabeth, died Monday morning, Oct. 1, 2018, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.
Born in Jefferson County, Ky., she was the daughter of the late William Anthony and Myrtle Shields Hofelich.
She was the former owner of Twirl-A-Curl Salon in Elizabeth and later worked at the Horseshoe Southern Indiana casino and was a charter member of the Elizabeth Lions Club.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Guy Klinstiver, on May 20, 2018.
Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Wiseman (Brad); a grandson Alex Wiseman (Leslie); a great-grandson, Maverick Wiseman; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 3, from noon to 8 p.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes in New Albany and Thursday, Oct. 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Elizabeth.
Funeral: Thursday, Oct. 4, at 1 p.m. at the church with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Elizabeth.
The family suggests memorial gifts to The National Kidney Foundation.
