Jeremey J. Smith, 42, Milltown, died Tuesday, July 3 2018, at his home.
Born Sept. 16, 1975, in New Albany, he was the son of Kevin E. Smith of Evansville and Pepper L. Jenkins Combs of Milltown.
He was a mechanic and a member of Milltown Baptist Church.
Survivors besides his parents include his stepfather, Eric C. Combs of Milltown; three daughters, Cassidy L. Smith of Greenville and Jada A. and Kiley S. Smith, both of Corydon; three brothers, Christopher A. Smith of Evansville, Carl J. Smith of Mountain Home, Idaho, and Conrad C. Combs of Milltown; and two grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, July 8, from noon to 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.
Funeral: Sunday, July 8, at 3 p.m. at the funeral home followed by cremation.
Officiant: Brother Jim Smith.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
