Dee Anna Windell, 74, Corydon, died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.
Born July 18, 1943, in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Joseph and Dorothy Mae Huntsman Chumley.
She was a retired managing inn keeper at the Kintner House Inn and a member of Old Capitol United Methodist Church, both in Corydon.
Survivors include her husband, Paul W. Windell; two daughters, Gail L. Terry (H. R.) of Henryville and Sara J. Faith (Jeffery) of Corydon; four grandchildren, Lukas, Kelcie, Haley and Gracie; and four brothers, Oren Chumley (Sharon) and Dennis Chumley (Linda), both of Corydon, and Harold Chumley (Alexa) and Kerry Chumley (Anita), both of Elizabeth.
Visitation: Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, Jan. 31, after 1 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s Association or Harrison County Special Olympics.
