Ronald (Pat) Miller, 80, Corydon, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.
Born Sept. 23, 1937, in New Albany, he was the son of the late Raymond H. and Agnes Markwell Miller.
He was the owner of Miller & Bement Trucking Inc. and Ronald P. Miller Logging and attended First Capital Christian Church in Corydon.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Margaret Ann Naegele; a granddaughter, Marie Hobbs; two brothers, Jack and Raymond; and five sisters, Ruby, Margaret, Marcella, Mildred and Betty.
Survivors include his wife, the former Marilyn Ruth Hill; four daughters, Debbie Bement (James), Linda Miller, Joann Byerley (Loyd) and Patricia Wright (Andy); two stepsons, Dale Banet (Maribel) and James Banet (Denise); a stepdaughter, Paula Stephenson (Mike Gieseler); two sisters, Janet Taylor (Henry) and Virginia Sue Rainbolt; 19 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, Jan. 8, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, Jan. 9, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Hursttown Cemetery near Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Randy Kirk.
Pallbearers: Ryan Bement, Jacob Wright, Sabrina Neely, Quentin Neely, Joel Miller and Ryan Hutchinson.
Honorary pallbearer: Tyler Bement.
