Mamie Dee Armstrong, 84, Palmyra, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at her home.
Born Jan. 6, 1933, in South Hill, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Henry Vechel Webster and Annie Willis Webster.
She was a homemaker and a member of Palmyra Baptist Church.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Carl, Harold and R W Webster, and three sisters, Peggy Holman, Eva Mathis and Joan Webster.
Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Henry Wilson Armstrong; two daughters, Jacqueline Armstrong (Dennis Finck) of Edwardsville and Brenda Stewart (Charles) of Corydon; a son, David Armstrong of Palmyra; two brothers, Barry Webster and Randall Webster (Sheila), both of Greenville, Ky.; two sisters, Madine Webster Ray and Shirley Webster Arnett, both of Greenville, Ky.; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, Dec. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 16, after 11 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
Funeral: Saturday, Dec. 16, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in the Palmyra Cemetery.
