Mark Allan Lashley, 58, Corydon, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.
Born Jan. 19, 1959, in Little Rock, Ark., he was the son of Gene and Kaye McGilvary Lashley of Louisville.
He made his career as a tool and dye journeyman at Wahlen Tool and several other tool and dye shops in and around Louisville, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church but attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lanesville and was active with the youth groups at St. Joseph, the Tri Parish and St. Mary’s.
Survivors besides his parents include his wife of 25 years, the former Lee Ann McDonald; a son, Lloyd Lashley of Corydon; a daughter, Mary Lashley, of Corydon; and a sister, Donna Lashley (Scott Clark) of Danville, Ky.
Visitation: Friday, Dec. 15, from noon to 8 p.m., with a rosary at 5:30, and Saturday, Dec. 16, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, Dec. 16, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.
