Matthew Hannel

Matthew Hannel, 32, died Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, at University Hospital in Louisville.
Born Feb. 24, 1985, he was the son of George Hannel and Regina Robinson Hannel-Maouloud.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.
Survivors besides his parents include his wife, the former Megan Bickel; a son, Caleb Joseph David Hannel; three daughters, Chloe Nyoka Pearl Hannel, Carly Jean Kay Hannel and Coraline Marie Sue Hannel, all of Corydon; and two sisters, Amanda Williams and Audrianna Hannel, both of Palmyra.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 25, from noon to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 26, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Potato Run Cemetery near Corydon.
